Questions
What are Spa Savings packages and how do they work?
Spa Savings are prepaid treatment bundles, most on a five plus one complimentary basis, so you pay for five sessions and receive a sixth at no charge. They run across nails, hair styling, hair care, face, body and slimming, and the package price is lower than booking the same sessions individually.
How long are Spa Savings packages valid?
Spa Savings packages are valid for six months from purchase. The unlimited blow dry package is the exception and runs for one month. Memberships are sold on a six month or annual basis. All prices are subject to 5% VAT.
What memberships does The Wave Lounge offer?
There are three. Routine includes a basic mani pedi and a wash and blow dry each month, with 10% off other services and selected retail. Ritual adds a 60 minute full body massage and raises the service discount to 15%. Rejuvenate adds a hair treatment from Davines or Fibre Clinix, a 60 minute massage or hammam, and a skin specific facial each month. Each is available for six months or annually.
Do you offer bridal packages in Abu Dhabi?
Yes. There are two, designed for the months leading up to a wedding. The one month package is 5,474 AED and includes an Obagi facial, an iS Clinical Fire and Ice facial, four Saadiyat Hammam or body scrub, mask and wrap sessions, four hair treatments, four Renata Franca Lymphatic Drainage sessions and four Maderotherapy treatments. The three month package is 15,000 AED and includes four times the volume of each. Prices are subject to 5% VAT.
Do you offer birthday packages?
Yes. Spoil Me at 420 AED includes a VOESH mani pedi and two customised mini cakes. Let’s Get Pampered at 790 AED adds a hair wash and style. Birthday Queen at 1,130 AED adds heated paraffin gloves and socks, a mini facial and a 60 minute full body aromatherapy massage. An extra cake or a fresh flower arrangement can be added. Prices are subject to 5% VAT.
