We understand that occasionally, clients need to change or adjust appointments.

Should you need to do so, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice to accommodate your request. Appointments cancelled with less than 4 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the service bill. Within Abu Dhabi Island, please note we have a minimum spend of AED 200 on all appointments.

For Al Wathba, Al Bahyah, Al Shahama, Al Rahbah, Al Samha, Bani Yas, Shakbout City, Al Falah & Mafraq, our minimum appointment fee is AED 400. No-show for appointments will incur 100% charge, which will include the service and transportation charges.

This includes appointments where our service provider cannot access the property, is turned away, or the client is unavailable.

No-show and cancellation charges will be charged on the day of the appointment if your card is registered in our system. If not, the amount will be charged upon your next appointment.

Kindly note that if an appointment is made within 12 hours of the service time, this is considered a confirmed appointment.

For the best home spa experience, we recommend that you be ready at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are running late for your appointment and our therapists have already arrived, please note that your treatment time could be cut short or certain treatments might not be able to be performed due to scheduled bookings.

The Wave Lounge offers a variety of packages to suit your pampering needs. Kindly take note of the following: Full payment needs to be made before or on the day of the first service.

Transportation fees are not included in the package price. Packages cannot be split between people and cannot be transferred to another person, friend, or family member. Additional discounts, such as refer a friend, loyalty discounts, or daily promotions, cannot be used together with our packages.

Bridal parties, birthday parties, and any other group event of 6 or more people will require a 50% deposit to be made within 24 hours of making the appointment.
